Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your TrustLedger account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Option 1 — In-App

1Open the TrustLedger app
2Go to Profile
3Tap "Sign Out"
4Contact support to request account deletion

Processing Time

Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Data Deletion

All personal data, including account information and stored receipts, will be permanently deleted after confirmation. Some data may be retained if required for legal or financial compliance.
